It has been removed and deprecated. It used Flash to render the charts so it isn't really viable. Adobe will fully drop support for flash in 2020, so we had to move on.
I've considered adding a new charting solution, but I'm still investigating the right one to use and it will take quite a bit of development to add back with a whole new code base.
In my experience it was a relatively uncommon feature, so I was considering leaving it out entirely moving forward as well.
