Errors when using send email

Hi Ray, I have used the Send Email function several times before on the beta, but I have just tested the latest version several times and I keep getting the same error messages pop up. I've attached the screen shots of the messages, but it's after I have clicked OK and the code is being produced.

Image 1 pops up first followed instantly by 2, so I OK 2 and then OK 1 and the code is created
