CafeCommerce Downloadable Product Not Remaining A Downloadable Item After Upload

I have been a CafeCommerce customer for some time. I have uploaded downloadable files several times without any problems. I have tried to upload a new product file; however, it will not remain a downloadable file after it uploads the file 100%. The item remains active and customers have been able to make a purchase of the item, but there is no downloadable file for them to download. The file size is 101 MB. I have other files I have uploaded that are more then 100 MB so I don't think it is the file size. Can you check my account an see if there is some type of issue that is preventing the file from remaining a downloadable product. Thank you
