Connection Errors

There is no php.ini file. When I create one, now I get an "500 Internal Server Error". Also, I used to have a contact form on the contact us page but it does not show up. I also can't add anything to the cart. This site has been up for years. This just started happening. I'm using Powerstore 2 I think.

I went to /PowerGallery and it showed a server error:

There is a problem with session management on your server. Contact your hosting provider to fix the problem. For more information, please refer to the PHP manual.

How do I login to the admin? It's been a long time.
