Data Assist Page creation not working correctly

Hello
I am having a problem creating Data Assist Pages
As a test I have created 1 simple db table to insert data and then show this on a page

I am using WA Data Assist Pages wizard with the result shown in image DA Create Page.jpg

I show the data tables in DataBase records1.jpg

The result shown in DA Create Page.jpg is incorrect. It should show two fields and one record only.

When DA Create Page opens the create database is ticked and is slow to be changed to no tick image attached.
I suspect it maybe something to do with WA_Preview.js which is attached.
I hope this is all clear Ray.
Regards
John
