Dynamic text field doesn't show correct record

My update admin page has a 'Testimonial Company' text field that I can't get to show the correct Db record. I've gotten it to show the correct ID, or the first record in the correct field, but never the correct record. The latest iteration results in a blank field.

Tried multiple solutions for the Update Single Record SB General > value and Bindings, plus different options for the Dynamic Text Field SB, but nothing seems to work. Tried binding via wizard URL, Form fields, session variables and recordsets, but all failed. Also tried mimicking the setup from the other text fields at the top in terms of where they go for their values, but this doesn't work either.

All of the input fields have old validation code around them, but this doesn't seem to affect anything. I've deleted the validation code elsewhere in the page, but don't know how to strip it out from inside the input attributes php code.
