These are hand-edited recordsets. This isn't something that will be fixed since we can't account for every way someone might edit a recordset. It will have to be found by Dreamweaver before we can update it. The same thing goes for the insert record server behavior that is on that page.
The best thing to do in those cases is to manually delete and re-apply the server behaviors. It looks like you edited the recordsets and manually added the sql parameters so they don't follow the typical syntax, and the insert has code added to save the insert id into the session. That is the reason why they don't show, but there really isn't anything I could do to fix that in a future build.
I have gone ahead and fixed the issues so you can see the server behaviors if you download the version I just uploaded.
