Strange Population

OK so this page is populating the "Media Type" but what's strange is there is more there than is supposed to be there. Blank records that should not be there. There is a second one that is an old DynamicList that is no longer working. You had told me that it would be a private support session to show me how to do with AJAX, at this point it is time to do that so let's discuss that as well please.
