Checkout is redirected to 404 error page, need to get rid of "?COLLCC="

Hello,

I have some issue with ordering process in a site that I made with eCart.

Those who uses Windows, they get extra stuff on URL such as:
http://www.rowingcentre.co.uk/parts/checkout.php&COLLCC=487920067&?COLLCC=487920067&
http://www.rowingcentre.co.uk/parts/cart.php?COLLCC=487920067&

This ?COLLCC=487920067& is not supposed to be there. And it seems because of this the checkout button is redirected to 404 error page.

I googled the solution, some say it’s issue with DNS setting. Just in case I attached the DNS setting image.

The strange thing is that I don't have this problem at all. All of my URLs are clean. Only differences I can tell at this point is that I use Mac in Japan, those who has this issue are using Windows in UK.
And this started happening since just a few days ago, before then it was working fine.
Not sure if this is any help.

Is this about the .htaccess that I need to check?
I have no clue what is the core issue here.

Thank you for your help,
Rika
