I cme across this problem today and found this and it was sorted - thanks!

couple of other issues with going to https:// and kfm :-

1. as you can see here http://prntscr.com/j7dyds the warning dialogue when uploading too large an image has lost its styling
2. if you right click on an image, the cntext menu that normally appears no longer does (edit. hmm this one may not be https related but seem to have 'lost' it anyway)
