1) There is a file: /webassist/ckeditor/config.js You can add font options there. Just add this line with the others, then you can edit it as you want:
CKEDITOR.config.font_names="Arial/Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;Comic Sans MS/Comic Sans MS, cursive;Courier New/Courier New, Courier, monospace;Georgia/Georgia, serif;Lucida Sans Unicode/Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, sans-serif;Tahoma/Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;Times New Roman/Times New Roman, Times, serif;Trebuchet MS/Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, sans-serif;Verdana/Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif";
2) You can apply a default style sheet to set things like this. Just add these lines to the editor code:
$CKEditor_config["contentsCss"] = array("/directory/cssfilename.css");
$CKEditor_config["bodyClass"] = "defaultClass";
3) There is a file: /webassist/ckeditor/style_lists/stylelist1.js You can add style options there.
