Ray BorduinWebAssist

The next version of DataBridge will be updated to work with php 7. For now you are welcome to try the ALPHA release that has a new email code base that works with php7:

Here is a build you can test: http://www.webassist.com/DataBridge_V2ALPHA.zxp

Serial Number: h3O9J-ZGczX-0yWgD-GHWo3

It will have bugs. Please email me directly using: ray@webassist.com
Use the subject: DB2 Bug Report

I may not reply to your email, but all reported bugs will be addressed.

In order to test this build you should:

Create a new Configuration folder for Dreamweaver like this:
1) Close Dreamweaver
2) Rename your existing User's configuration folder to: Configuration_working
3) Open Dreamweaver

That will create a fresh configuration folder with no other extensions installed. You can then install the ALPHA. Do not install any other extensions. You can test the various new functionality.

You should be able to open existing Recordsets, Inserts, and Updates and change to mysqli connections and the code on the page will be updated.

Email code has been improved. You will be able to open and re-apply email server behaviors to get a cleaner code base and more reliable code.

Stay away from Security Assist wizard and the Forgot Password functionality. I'm currently working on converting those.

Whenever you want to go back to your current configuration just:
1) Close Dreamweaver
2) Rename your Configuration folder to: Configuration_DB2ALPHA
3) Rename your Configuration_working folder back to Configuration

That will restore your currently installed extensions.
