Can't bring up the "Simple" interface in MySQLi Server Behaviors

I just installed the latest version of MySQLi Server behaviors on Mac and I could go to the Simple window without issues. I wonder if it might have something to do with your connection or site definition, or possibly a conflict with another extension you have installed.
