Redirect all users to page1.php

Check page1.php and if it is a type user2 then redirect to page2.php

Hi Ray,
thanks for your reply.
Actually I did something similar: I created a logged.php page and added here the code to switch page reading the group session variable.
I still can't understand clearly what the group access rules do.
I created two groups but why have I to add members to them? I added a field in the user mysql table 'userGroup' and here I set the user group (admin, user, ...).
So, group members are created using a simple select in the user table.
Now I want to protect some pages to allow access to admin group only; and I want to protect other pages to allow access only to users.
How can I do this with group access rules?
TIA
tony
