Adding to the year in a date from another recordset field and displaying in a date format?

Adding to the year in a date from another recordset field and displaying in a date format?

I have two recordset fields:

Registration Date: <?php echo($rsDOMAINS->getColumnVal("regdate")); ?>
Registration Duration: <?php echo($rsDOMAINS->getColumnVal("regduration")); ?>

The duration field is an integer and is, usually, just 1, indicating 1 year of registration. How do I add this to the reg date field and display in a nice date format?

I use the following date format, but can't work out how to add the regduration to this to display, what is, the expiry date:
<?php echo($rsDOMAINS->getColumnVal("regdate")?date("j F Y",strtotime($rsDOMAINS->getColumnVal("regdate"))):""); ?>

Much appreciated. Thank you.
