It looks like you are setting the width and height with:
<?php echo((isset($_POST["width"]))?$_POST["width"]:""); ?>
<?php echo((isset($_POST["height"]))?$_POST["height"]:""); ?>

and you should be using:
<?php echo($WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["imageWidth"]); ?>
<?php echo($WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["imageHeight"]); ?>

I am still not sure what I should do or change.

I assume the MySQLi update code block would be the place to modify the code?

$UpdateQuery->bindColumn("height", "s", "".((isset($_POST["height"]))?$_POST["height"]:"") ."", "WA_DEFAULT");
$UpdateQuery->bindColumn("width", "s", "".((isset($_POST["width"]))?$_POST["width"]:"") ."", "WA_DEFAULT");

Question:
Wouldn't this code be generated by either the MySqli SB Update or by the File Manipulation function? I can't seem to make it work.
