Changing host servers - can't get PowerCMS to install

I'm changing hosting for my websites. I downloaded latest Power CMS files and uploaded to my new server at GoDaddy.
Every time I try to run the installation wizard I get an error. I've been able to put in the database credentials but then I get an error page at this page.

With a 500 error.

Does this make any sense?
