Tables no longer showing in Query Builder

I'm at a loss... The site did work prior but no longer allows access to the Database tables.

Created a new User account for the MySQL DB
Tested from another site that uses the same Connection account
Created a dummy simple page to isolate from any page level issues
Restarted MySQL on the server
Downloaded and reinstalled MySQLi behaviours
Tested in CS6 also
Reviewed MySQL logs though not finding any references to this "unidentified error"
deleted .dat file from Applications Support
Created new site and Connection

All cases have noted above failed. Other sites and DBs in the same MySQL server working fine.

Website works fine... It can update as well as read from the database without issue.

Anyone have a similar issue and what was the solution?


Also Query Builder might want to be updated to allow "AND NOT " Operators:
