Uncaught Error- store stopped working

Today one of my Power Stores stop working. When typing in the URL (www.zetkayak.com) cause the browser to download a file instead of loading the webpage. I contacted my hosting provider they said the following:
Thank you for contacting WestHost Support!

We have removed the old php version from the server and that is why you are seeing this issue. I enabled error displaying so you can get a developer to help you update your code.

As always, please feel free to let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will be able to assist.

Best Regards,

Now I am getting this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function mysql_pconnect() in /home/cascader/zet/Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php:9 Stack trace: #0 /home/cascader/zet/webassist/themes/theme_open.php(24): require_once() #1 /home/cascader/zet/index.php(3): require_once('/home/cascader/...') #2 {main} thrown in /home/cascader/zet/Connections/PowerStoreConnection.php on line 9

What am I missing?
