This doesn't work on a mac

There is a button on the editor itself to expand to full screen down by the ? button. I did also find a webpage for editing the fckeditor config files...tells you how to add/remove buttons from your editor...I think I read somewhere in there about a auto full screen display..I may be wrong though. The way I solved the problem was clicking on the view scource button twice. That solved the problem for me
