After updating, the page loads with the old information, even though I see in the db that it's changed. How to force reload?

Can I get a copy of the actual page. I'm assuming you have a recordset you are using to get the values that were saved and then that recordset is used to populate the form fields. That must be done wrong. The issue isn't in your update database code, since you have already stated that part works. The issue is in the recordset and code setting the values in the form to match.
