UPS Shipping not being charged due to customer selecting and incorrect state and zip code
Greetings WedAssist, I have a bit of a problem with one of my websites during the checkout process. The problem I have run into is that when a customer uses an incorrect address and zip code, there is no UPS error that is triggered. The customer can then make a purchase with NO SHIPPING being charged which is really not good. Since eCart 6 does not use the shipping_failure.php page to prevents such disasters from happening, I am at a complete loss as to how to fix this. Please let me know what I need to do.
