need file made to get past firewall
hello. I don't know where to post requests like this - to ask to have a file made so I can register the CSS Sculptor 3.0 I downloaded a week ago so it will work behind the firewall where I work. Also, I don't want to paste-in publicly the MAC info on my computer here. Can you look it up from my support history? It's the same computer I always use.
I don't understand what I am into with WA anymore. I have purchased over $1500 worth of extensions, just about all of them. Then that all seems like a bad decision because I can get them all with a subscription for $20/mo. So I have the subscription now too. I think I get upgrades for my purchased products as a part of my subscription. Is that true?
When I download CSSSculptor 3.0 and it replaces the 2.5 I purchased, do I now own a copy of 3.0? I still have the file created by eric to get me past the firewall for 2.5, but I can't seem to register 3.0 with it. Do I need a new file made to get 3.0 to work?
Is there any advantage or perk for customers like me owning all these extensions rather than just having the subscription? Do I really own all the upgrades I get with my subscription, or am I falling behind every time WA changes the version number on something? Or does it even matter?
I understand these changes are necessary and benefit WebAssist, but as a buying customer I'm not sure where it leaves me. I've had to back off in my devotion to this relationship as the personal support that was so important to me succeeding is replaced with the public "forums" kind of thing. I'm not sure what to do about it, actually, and am looking back at CRE and all the other store-building programs I own and have abandoned for lack of support to see if they have improved.
still a big fan of webassist, though a bit battered by the changes.
