want go directly form Paypal subscribe glitch your plugin

I tried running the Form creator and selected Paypal as the type of form, but it generates it wrong. For example the price is showing up on the FirstName and all the other fields are pushed forward to wrong fields. I wanted to copy the code generated but it's not right. All I wanted to do was after the form is filled out, grab the values and pass it on to Paypal directly to cart. I copied some 'add to cart' script from your scripts and it would pass the price and item values, but not the FirstName, Lastname, etc. Here's my form working with having to go to button and not passing values. http://1-800collision.com/index.php#regme. I don't want an add to cart button or displaying a confirmation. Also it has to link to the Subscribe button, not just make a payment. Can you guys help?
