PowerCMS Error message

I get the following message when I try enter config.php on the site I have uploaded

Warning: require_once(../../../../../WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/s53427/public_html/config.php on line 2

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../../../../WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/s53427/public_html/config.php on line 2

Firstly I assume that the config.php file is the log in to actually use the CMS system, I cant find anything in your documentation that says what exactly it is.

By the way your documentation leaves a lot to be desired, The sales blurb on your website says that no knowledge of PHP is required - but the opposite is true. The only documentation that was written with the non-specialist in mind is the powercms_globals.pdf, which gives the setting to be entered, followed with an example of what it should look like afterwards.
