Can't create a data connection

More Problems Installing

Sent a private email as well.

So,first, I am also experiencing the problem with DMX Extension manager not installing anything correctly.

I used a terminal option to install the deprecated server behavior extension and web assist. They appear to be installed, buy I can't get the model connection option under web assist to give me annoying but a dialog with a caution triangle and an ok button. And the database connection gives me an error... MySQL module not loaded or can't use the mysql_(p)connect functions.

I did al this stuff after ununtalling and reinstalling DW cc 2017.

I could really use some step by step help to get this going.
