Why am I having a problem adding two forms to the same page adding them as plugins using Framework builder.

Thanks, that fixed the issue with the security questions. However, the forms are still not submitting. When you file out the forms on the top you still get the error fields hoping up even before you push the select button. Try to fill out the top form and you will see what I mean.

Like I mentioned earlier. the forms work great separately but when put together on this page they do not. See PM.
