I can't upload photos

Hello, I created file upload to insert product image but not work properly. I have followed the documentation but I don't know what is wrong. If you can help me with that I will appreciate it. I have a form that use any post to insert products. Something like name, price etc. Now I want to insert the product image into a folder. I use ProductImage as field which is type file so I can browse the image well. When I created the file upload I set it by default. I only assigned the variable name which is ProductImage and the folder where I want to upload the image. And I let it with any post. So I don't know what wrong. Please give your advice about that.
