datepicker -> timepicker?

Have got an addition to an existing project where I have to add a login for staff who then access a form (linked to their ID) which they then complete their timesheet.

Couple of questions in the first instance.

1. is the datepicker limited to dates only or can it be modified to time values as we will have to have days of the week with each hving the following time info:
travel time
job start time
job end time
travel time
2. with the above in mind, relatively speaking is it 'easy' to output time sheets that have been input which calculates the total hours for the week (and prehaps breaking it down by day as well)?

thanks

Jamie
