Not displaying correct record

I am creating a an administration section with a table that displays all the records from the database. I want the admin to be able to update each record. I have an edit button that repeats for each record.

My edit button looks like this...
<a href="update_admin.php?=<?php echo($rsAdmins->getColumnVal("id")); ?>"> <i class="fa fa-edit fa-fw"></i> Edit</a>

I did this so that when they go to the update admin page it will only display the information for that specific record.

My trouble is that it is only showing the first record when it goes to the update admin page. When I hover over the edit button for each record on the table it shows the correct id, but when it goes to the next page the first record is the only one that shows.

I am not sure if I missed something.
