Getting Error using Insert Plugin

Hi Ray,
I still use cc2014 on a Win 7 machine.

I am now getting a popup whenever I insert a plugin. It is fixable but I have to hit OK on several popups that say the same thing. See 1st png for popup.

To fix code I go to head and remove  <MM:EndLock> that it places after the echo code. Then page works fine.

Tried a reinstall and cache clean
