Are you sure it didn't send and just get blocked by a spam filter?
The dump shows that there was no problem with the php code or web page itself. The issue is either the server failing to deliver or the email recipient blocking the email.
Hi Ray,
what about the "pear" part? I leaved this field empty.
Another consideration:
the domain name is registered on REGISTER.IT.
The website (www only) is hosted on a dedicated server (linux using plesk).
If I use the "mail" options it works, but I'm sure I'll get lots of messages not reaching recipients because the email is not authenticated.
So, I would like to use the authenticate method.
I can use authenticated mail server from www.turbosmtp.com.
I already added the SPF values in the DNS of the domain.
But no email will be delivered and nothing has been logged on the EmailLog table.
The form is submitted without errors and the record is added to the database.
Any other suggestion will be really appreciated.
Tony
