ecart not storing summary order in database

Hello, Ray sorry to bother you again. I wanted to understand way ecart doesn't store all assigned column when I play by PayPal option. For example: when I pay by card it store all column but when I choose PayPal option it only store well first name an last name. The other columns go the same for customers and shipping address and telephone never store into the database base either for shipping address either for customers. Can you please tell me why it happenings?
