Error Inspecting SQL - No Select Statement Found

Hi WA guys! I know this has been addressed before in 2014 but there was no solution posted (other than the dash to underscore workaround which is not my case). Thing is that I have purchased MySQLi and I'm trying to create my first web app. I successfully created the MySQLi model with the awesome visual builder but as soon as I go to Server Behavior / Webassist / MySQLi recordset I get the following message:
Error Inspecting SQL- no select statement (these values will be automatically removed....)
I have Apache/2.4.7 (Win32) PHP/5.5.8 with MySQL Server version: 5.6.15 , my table has no dashes on the table names, I downloaded the extension a week ago so I guess I have the latest version (MySQLi Server Behaviors Current version: 1.0.4), I have also tried adding a password to the database and finally I have removed the _mmServerScripts folder with no luck. Any clues? Thanks!
