Installation Wizard states session management problem, is there any more detailed info to help point out the problem?

The installation wizard ran fine, except it states there is a session management problem. I have contacted the hosting company but had little information to give them except for that I had a session management error. I included a screen capture so they can see the wizard results screen. Is there any further direction I can give them to help solve the issue? I clicked on the PHP manual link, but that didn't help identify which of the hundred session codes are giving me the problem.
