Client is requesting design firm change, does new firm have use of eCart or should it be removed before handing over website
Received an email from a design firm requesting name servers be changed on domain name to be redirected to new name servers. By doing so I will not have access to the passwords for the new hosting to make changes. I suppose it is a polite way of the client changing web designers without confrontation. The site was redeveloped as an e-commerce site using eCart from WebAssist. My question is the coding proprietary as it was developed using your software which we purchased or do I remove it before changing the name servers. Thanks in advance. John
