Inserting multiple records ( skip empty)

I have a form where multIple records are displayed.

its something like this form.

a (.)
b (.)
c (.)
d (.)

Each of them have checkbox. These are dynamic repeat regions.

So here, there four checkbox(s).

Currently i have added multiple record into this.
& chosen “skip if empty” then that checkbox id

Example: if i choose ‘c’ (3rd) then only that record enters.

Once after this insert record, users again comes to update certain records which shall restore & display which were checked (in this case its “c” which was checked). So this i know how its done.

So then lets say he chosed ‘c’ to uncheck it (rest untouched) so then again this must be entered that he unchecked only this particular record. This must be insert record not update (FYI)
So can there be checked value & unchecked values?
Currently checked value is 1, can uncheck value can be 2.
Well this can be repeated again to checked & unchecked again & again.

How can we achieve this?
