ya okay. and how do I do that? you want a copy of the code?

First- I had to uninstall Dreamweaver CC and install CS6, the CC version was giving me all kinds of error messages after installing Data bridge. So i think i have that part figured out.

so now about 6 hours into this and I am back to square one.
- I have a page that has records from a database, ('partial' ; only three columns displayed out of 16)
- I want to make these records into links so that I can click on the key (email in this case) or any other part of the record as displayed
- have it open a form that will be used for updating selected columns
- and then a submit button to perform the update

I have gone through several tutorials, and spent a lot of time at http://www.webassist.com/help/Data-Assist/dataassist_update_single_record_sb.html , i have yet to have any kind of results of any kind.

please help me at least get something started!

Thanks
