eCart Object error on cart page only

I have an eCart Object that is not flagged on any pages with problem, other than the cart.php page only. I can't remove the eCart Oject from that page. I do see the eCart Object is called very early in the code (around line 5). I am experiencing a error box that says "Error in server behavior eCart Object: the participant's property is not an array, or the elements in the array are not nodes in the document. I am attaching the php page and credentials if it helps identify the problem.
