Local Checkout not storing transaction details in database

I have a problem that affects the saving of the customer transaction data into the orders table. I tested my website, expressbugs.com using PayPal and after a successful transaction, all of the details are saved to the orders table. However, when I tested the payments with the local credit card checkout the transaction data is not being saved to the orders table. Please help me!
