Universal Email no longer sending on any account

Hi Guys...

I'm having a big problem with Universal email and the headers from contact form submission. This all came about with some changes to the server after a massive spam issue. They updated the settings and no email is going out from my contact form. My host told me the headers are configured wrong on the contact forms I am using which I created with Universal email.

The problem is that the from address in the headers has to come from a valid email address on the server. However, when I set the from email as user@theirdomain.com and the reply to as user@theirdomain.com the emails still don't send. The error on the email logs show it is rejected because the form emails are trying to send as cpanel_user@server01.myhostingaccountdomain.com. My question is how can I adjust the headers for form emails to a valid email address on the server? I tried to set that from email address and reply to address from the Create Email Settings window but the from still shows as cpanel_user@server01.myhostingaccountdomain.com. Any help on how I can get this fixed would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeff
