cannot update my old Version of Data bridge

We don't have a .exe version. What step does it hang on during the 1,2,3 screen... it can take several minutes on that screen and Dreamweaver will appear unresponsive during that period. But usually if you remain patient it will complete.

Please try again (uninstall and reinstall) and when it gets to the the 1,2,3 screen, just walk away and take a 10-15 minute break. My guess is that it will install. If not, post back here with a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll do a screen sharing session to look into it with you and help you get it installed properly.
