Unable to create data assist pages

I am running out of patience with the data assist module it keeps crashing whatever I do.
I have spent so much time trying to get it to work the price paid for it has saved me nothing in terms of wasted time.

I keep getting errors trying to create the pages no matter what table I use or how many pages I try to create. It always crashes at the second page with a error While executing timer in WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

The rest of the error is an attachment.

I have read some of the posts regarding this error but I have uninstalled and re-installed till i lost the will to live trying to get this to work.

Please help or I will look at getting my money back.
