Message in webassist tutorial for eCart Display Manager says "Clicking on the preview area will load this page in a browser window." It doesn't.

I'm using the Theme-It option. Preview does is not on open testing server but rather attempts to open in HD's Dreamweaver Library :

file:///Macintosh%20HD/Users/jenifer/Library/Application%20Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver%20CS4/en_US/Configuration/WAPreview/eCartDisplayManager.htm

The php page I'm working on opens fine on my local server, but the preview does not. How do I get the preview option onto server?

Note that the Preview tab also is blank when attempting to Manage Colors or Manage Images options -- no options available to Choose Design Colors. Click to Preview does not work on this page either (second screen cap attachment).
