unique user names with same password, not passing validation on login.php

I have a users table with 45 username / password / user level entries. All of the user names are unique, however, 2 of them share the same password. I have tested about 5 logins, covering all 3 user levels, and the only credentials that aren't working are the 2 matching passwords.

I couldn't find a "unique" setting in the wizard that would even allow that criteria on a password field, so looking for some help.

Thanks in advance, I'll update the post with the URL of my login page, as well as multiple credentials in case you wish to test.

****** I figured out my issue! - For anyone else who may have a similar problem. The passwords that weren't working were only 5 characters. The wizard does not provide a minimum or maximum character setting for the password, you will need to go into the server validations on the page itselft, and edit the password validation if you require passwords shorter than the default of 6 characters. *******
