You can set the Reply-To email address separately from the from address on the From UI by clicking the "From..." button and use the lightning bolt to set it to the from address from the form. You can also add that email address in the "To..." interface with other email addresses to have it set to more than one recipient. You may just want to add it in the CC or BCC area.
