Form is not sending email and not being redirected to completion page either

It looks like you changed the trigger of the second email server behavior and updated the code in the first... please remove the second email server behavior from the page, and update the trigger on the first one.

If it still doesn't work, please upload the contact.php page and the waue_contact_1.php page with your changes in place.
