can not install MySQLi Server Behaviors

Of course I use the latest version of DW, as I told you that I've reinstalled it yesterday. Same for the Extension manager. With the Dmzone extension manager, it seems to install the extension, but at the end I don't have it.
In Windows>> extensions, I have : no extensions available
in Webassist, I have Database and then an error message with no words

the problem may be that adobe support has taken control of my machine to install the old database and bindings servers behaviors. But I've reinstalled Dw and the problem remains.
