Try clearing your filecache .dat file in your Dreamweaver Users configuration folder. This looks like a false error to me that might be cleaned up that way.

If you still have the problem, post a US phone number or Skype contact information and I'll do a screen sharing session with you to debug it and figure out what is going on.
