Ray,
I still need to find a solution for why my testing server is not working.

does it have anything to do with the attached photo no being configured? How do i configure?

For you response i need to add /public_html/ to get to my remote host so that path was correct i believe.

Im pretty sure most of the problems i am having with the form on the other discussion are related to the fact that i cannot utilize my testing server correctly !
